Chapter 01

Before the brand.

Lariat West wasn't planned. It was inevitable. A bear showed up one day in a sketchbook. Dungarees, fresh trainers, a look on his face like he already owned the place. That was Bonzo. Everything else came after.

Chapter 02

Why Lariat West.

A lariat is a rope. A lasso. Something you throw wide and pull tight. West is where things go when they want to disappear or start over. Lariat West is both. It reaches out and holds on. It's not geography. It's a feeling.

Chapter 03

Hardway Goods.

There's an easy way to make something. Cheap fabric. Fast print. Ship it. We don't do that. Hardway Goods means the piece actually exists in the world, properly. Heavyweight. Considered. Built for someone who gives a damn about what they put on.

"The logo is a bear. The mission isn't."

Chapter 04

Bonzo is not a mascot.

Mascots are marketing. Bonzo is lore. He was here before the store, before the fonts, before the drops. He has opinions. He has enemies. He has a rotation. He doesn't care that you don't know the backstory yet. He will make you care.

001 Bonzo is a bear. This is non-negotiable.
002 He wears dungarees because he built something.
003 The trainers are fresh. Always.
004 He doesn't explain himself. You catch up.

Chapter 05

The system.

Seasons drop when they're ready, not when the calendar says so. Season 002 is here. Season 003 is coming. The Classics never leave. The Work in Progress section is exactly that. Half-made things that got too interesting to hide.
