Season 001 started it. Bonzo made it.
Lariat West is a small independent brand from Lincolnshire, built by a graphic designer and illustrator who does this for the love of it. No investors, no trends to chase, no corners cut. Just good clothes made properly.
We're Heppz and Lou, friends for fifteen years who decided to put something real into the world. Season 001 was where it began. Bonzo came out of that process, took on a life of his own, and now he's the heart of everything we do. This is the evolution.
THE PHILOSOPHY
Hardway means doing it right.
Hardway is a wrestling term. It means you took the hard route and earned every bit of it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Heavy fabrics, proper construction, graphics that actually mean something. We only drop when we have something worth your money. If that takes longer, it takes longer. We're not in a rush to put out anything we're not proud of.

THE BEAR
Then Bonzo showed up.
Bonzo started as a design on a Bootleg hat during Season 001. One drawing, and it was obvious this bear had something to say. He stood out as a natural mascot and we pushed him. He's been the heart of Lariat West ever since.
He's the character this whole world is built around. Every season he shows up differently. He's on everything, and that's not changing.

Most drops are limited and won't come back, that's intentional. Classics and Bootleg pieces stick around permanently. For everything else, if you see it and you want it, don't sleep on it.
Every piece has its own fit notes and a full size guide on the product page. If you're between sizes, we'll tell you which way to go. Don't guess. Check the guide first.
UK only for now. We're working on getting international sorted properly. We'd rather do it right than rush it. Follow us for updates when that changes.
Allow up to 14 days from order to door. We're a small operation and we pack everything ourselves. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order is on its way.
You've got your standard 14-day right to change your mind: send it back unworn, unwashed and with tags on, in its original state, and we'll refund it (return postage's on you). What we can't promise is an exchange for a different size or piece. Our drops are limited, so once a size sells out it's gone. Faulty or wrong? That's on us, always, and we cover the postage. Honestly? We're still figuring that out too. He started as a drawing on a hat, turned into a mascot, and now he's kind of running the whole thing. He's a bear. He wears dungarees. He shows up on everything we make.
Every order comes with a Bonzo Card, a digital collectible from the Hardway Set. After you buy, you'll get a link in your order confirmation email to reveal which card you've unlocked. There are 12 cards in Season 002, each with different rarities. Collect them all in your binder at My Cards.
The Bonzo Box is a mystery order. You pick your size, pay a flat rate of £28, and Bonzo picks the piece. It could be anything from the Lariat West catalogue: Season 002, Hardway Heavies, a Classics piece, or something unreleased. Your size is guaranteed. Everything else is a surprise. No returns on mystery orders.
